Last night, The Foundation for Tomorrow (TFFT), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that uses education to combat poverty in Sub-Saharan Africa, hosted their annual non-profit cocktail benefit.
Sponsored by Tyku, Sambazon, and Brooklyn Brewery, guests were invited to enjoy cocktails, music, silent auction, and images of South Africa.
Among others, co-chairs Isabel Boswell and Sari Lampert gave speeches describing the organization's goals of empowering the future of developing nations. They strive to accomplish this by providing boarding school scholarships for orphans, training for teachers, and library and computer center constructions.
