Joining the Madame Vo family of Vietnamese eateries is the fittingly named Monsieur Vo, a sizzling new spot in the former Madame Vo BBQ space. Husband-and-wife team Chef Jimmy Ly and Yen Vo are whipping up modern Saigon-influenced takes on street food, comfort food, and large-format meat and seafood dishes. Tuck into piled-high plates of roasted bone marrow, short ribs, and grilled shrimp and share the tamarind fried rice with lump crab.
