Cancel your plans on September 2nd, because you and everyone you know will be too busy eating up House of Hammer, Discovery+'s forthcoming documentary on disgraced actor and possible cannibal (?) Armie Hammer.
"I have a fantasy about having someone prove their love and devotion and tying them up in a public place at night and make their body free use," reads a text to one of Armie's sexual partner. At least two of the women who've come forward with accusations of rape against Armie detail his seemingly calculated grooming process, where flattery turned to aggressive assertions of control.
Armie's story, though headline making, is certainly not the first tarnish on the Hammer family history. "Magnify Succession a million times and it was my family," shared the Armie's aunt, Casey Hammer, who also served as a producer for the docuseries. Through exclusive interviews with Casey and multiple other sources, the series is sure to roll back the curtain on the dark, abusive, corrupt family history that likely led to Armie's behavioral issues.
