Speaking of grandpa Franklin's good taste, the one-percenter patriarch's lavish-but-lived-in apartment is full of it. As it turns out, however, his home on the series is a hybrid of two gilded Upper East Side locales. The exterior shots and lobby moments were filmed at Brisbane House at 1215 Fifth Ave., while most of the interior scenes were filmed inside one of the city's "grandest prewar apartments" at 1107 Fifth Ave., right on Museum Mile.
