Coffee Meets Bagel (alternatively known as CMB) was started by three sisters who were sick of being surrounded by eligible bachelors, but still unable to connect on a more personal level. CMB is based off of the following three pillars:
-Your dating live should be just that –DL- unless you want to share it with the world
-You think your friends are a great asset to your dating life
-Meeting people should be easier than it is
In addition to this, CMB delivers one match, or “bagel” to members every day at noon, and members can chose to “like” or “pass” on their bagel. The name derived from a love of coffee breaks, and what goes with coffee that is quintessentially New York? Bagels. We hope all New Yorkers give this a try, even those with a gluten intolerance. *No bagels were ingested during the write-up of this review.
