We all know the phrase, "Comparison is the thief of joy." And oh, how that couldn't be more relevant today. There have been countless studies confirming social media's negative impact on mental health, from lowering our self-esteem to inspiring feelings of anxiety and even depression. Spoiler alert: all that hate-stalking isn't healthy. It's time to mute, hide, or block the person (or people) you can't stop creeping.
