With the holiday season just around the corner, the 82 foot tall Norway Spruce picked to grace Rockefeller Center arrived at the plaza early this morning. This year's tree comes from Flanders, N.J. and happens to be a Hurricane Sandy survivor. The owner, Joseph Balku, 76, believes that it will be a "powerful symbol of the region's strength in this time of crisis." [Photo via @tnicgee]
