You love to see it. Before getting swept up into the royal court of Sweden, Sofia Hellqvist posed for men's magazines (tastefully, I might add) and starred on a delightfully trashy reality show called Paradise Hotel (basically the OG Love Island). She lived and worked for a time in NYC, studying accounting and working as a waitress and bartender at Italian hot spot Serafina. Fun fact: she was also a yoga instructor.
