303 Gallery, the gallery that was originally located at 303 Park Avenue South but now in West Chelsea, is home to artist Richard Prince's latest show. For the exhibition, Prince, who lived in the back room at the gallery 30 years ago, created 14 pieces using only rubber bands, staples, acrylic paint, and newspaper.
The exhibition, titled "14 Paintings," will remain open until June 22, and it is the gallery's first Richard Prince exhibition since 1991.
Though Prince is known for his photography and for doing controversial works such as "Celebrities" and "Car Hoods," "14 Paintings" is more minimalistic than his past projects.
