It doesn't get much cooler than Williamsburg's buzzy wellness Mecca turned culinary hotspot, Bathhouse.
First off, it's located in a renovated 1930s soda pop factory, so it's already a way more fun exciting than pretty much any place we can think of in Manhattan.
Second, the extensive space has literally everything that your sore, tired, bored body could want - saunas, steam rooms, plunge pools, float tanks, cryotherapy chambers, scrub rooms, stretch rooms, massage rooms and more!
And lastly, and perhaps most surprisingly, there's Bathhouse Kitchen.
The restaurant's resident Executive Chef Anthony Sousa (formerly of Eleven Madison Park and Chez Ma Tante) has crafted a beyond delicious menu, which get this, is entirely free of grains and refined sugar! How's Scallop Crudo, Fennel Sausage with Fairytale Eggplant, or Delicata Squash with Ricotta and Pumpkin Seeds sound?
Alongside the trendy indoor space, which is currently open at reduced capacity, Bathhouse Kitchen has set up an outdoor heated dining room complete which is open for dinner seven days a week, and weekend brunch.
Oh, and did we mention you can totally get away with eating in a bath robe here? Talk about living the dream.
