Forever a pre-show must, Upper West Side institution Cafe Fiorello's newly launched breakfast / brunch menu is well worth the trip. Case in point? The pancakes section of their menu. Yes, section. Amongst your usual, still absurdly delicious, offerings of Strawberry Buttermilk or Blueberry Buttermilk, or Pineapple Upside-Down Buttermilk even, lies two dishes so decadent, it's almost shameful to call them breakfast. Prepare yourself for the Toasted Hazelnut Maple Pancakes, plumped with a mascarpone filling and drenched in chocolate drippings, and Cannoli Kreme Pancakes, which are just as magical as the name would have you imagine.
