At the sexy, dimly-lit Bowery hotspot Pearl and Ash, Chef Richard Kuo will offer four courses of his signature globally-inspired plates for $84, with an available pairing of love-inducing wines for $46 on Valentine’s Day. Reservations may be made a la carte in lieu of seatings. Menu items include: Diver Scallops with Lime, Tomatillo, and Corn Nuts; Squid, with Mushroom, Onion, and Dill; and Squab, with Guajillo and Fennel.
