Hudson Malone

From former P.J. Clarke’s bartender Doug Quinn, comes this two-story Midtown East stylish saloon with upscale service serving up great late-night local and organic tavern classics and carefully crafted cocktails. After 10 years with aforementioned establishment, P.J. Clarke’s, Quinn was fired and soon after opened up his prized Hudson Malone (named after his two sons). Step into the old world interior after a long day for some lump crab cakes ($17) or Long Island Littleneck clams (M/P). Feast on grilled chicken paillard ($21) or grilled, herbed branzino ($29). Don’t forget to select from their extensive list of single malt scotch, bourbon, and rye whiskeys for a proper finish to a proper late night meal.
