The grand dining room boasts a 20-foot wire mesh sculpture created by internationally-renowned Italian artist Edoardo Tresoldi entitled "Fillmore," a reference to the Fillmore East's nickname, "The Church of Rock n' Roll." The swanky spot serves up French-Mediterranean cuisine in multiple dining spaces, with luxe dishes like squid ink macheroni with lobster and king crab on the menu.
