Oiji Mi

Beloved East Village spot Oiji has just expanded its culinary footprint in New York with a swanky new offshoot in the Flatiron District. Taking their modern Korean fare to fancy new heights - in a very fancy new space - Chef Brian Kim and Max Soh have unveiled Oiji Mi, an upscale outpost serving up creative takes on Korean cuisine via a five-course tasting menu. The space itself is a glamorous oasis inspired by Korean aesthetics and the history of the New York neighborhood, which was home to over 100 private social clubs during the Gilded Age. From the sumptuous dining room to the glittering bar and lounge area, the restaurant's design pays homage to the era while embracing updated luxury.
