Often overlooked, Nougatine is the more casual countepart and neighbor of chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's famous restaurant, Jean-Georges. The menu is dressed-down in comparison to its sister restaurant, and offers a variety of market-driven dishes with fresh ingredients.
