Following 26 years on the Upper East Side, the beloved neighborhood watering hole closed last year due to a lease issue. Now, just a short walk south of its original home, the new-old bistro is back and more glamorous than ever! Taking over a tri-level townhouse at 116 East 60th Street, T-Bar 2.0 is dripping in uber chic, retro-luxe style. Certainly the restaurant's loyal clientele - a who's who of notable New Yorkers, from Francois Payard to Geoffrey Zakarian - will be glad to hear that many of the contemporary eatery's favorite dishes will be back on the menu, including tuna tartare and shrimp cocktail, crispy sushi, and of course their burger and steak offerings.
