Ok you guys know what day it is! This week I'm sharing an absolutely adorable and very delicious find! @wayla.nyc is located in one of my favorite neighborhoods to dine in, the Lower East Side. . They say it best "WAYLA translates to “time” in Thai- meaning - take a little time out of your day to come have a drink with us, or take a little more time off and enjoy a leisurely meal with us! At Wayla, we serve bright and fresh homestyle Thai food with a greenmarket approach inspired by the markets in Bangkok where our Chef, Tom Naumsuwan, grew up." . Their dishes are indeed very fresh and so full of flavor, and their cocktails are So refreshing....and can we just talk about this garden situation! I mean 😍😍....you know your girl is all about the ambiance, and I haven't seen a cuter or more inviting outside dining situation as I have here. The service was top notch, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable especially my server Ken who did not disappoint w his recommendations! Plenty of vegan options 🌱 and there are hand sanitizers on every table as they are taking all precautions to keep their patrons safe...this nurse really appreciates this. . Make your reservations in the backyard garden now as they are hard to come by. Go see more in my stories! Will also save under "Tasty Thursday" highlight in my bio. Happy Dining friends! 🥂 . My recs: Fried Calamari w creamy avocado lime dip (this dip 😍) Lump Crab Fried Rice (to die for! 🤤) 🍹 : Sway Wayla ~ boodle gin, butterfly pea blossom, cucumber, lemon & shiso Hanabi Milk Punch ~ rum based cocktail infused w green tea, strawberries, milk & star anise that is then strained through cheesecloth to give it it's color 🌸 (this drink was compliments of the manager, and it was SO good!) and that craft ice 👌🥃 .
