Le Pavillon

Spanning 11,000 square feet, Daniel Boulud's swanky new culinary destination is located inside One Vanderbilt, the latest towering building to transform the Midtown skyline. Embracing the restaurant's location with his own twist, Boulud has created a plant-filled escape inspired by the traditional pavilions found throughout France, known as celebratory gathering areas surrounded by nature. And indeed, Le Pavillon brings nature to the concrete jungle. The elegant interiors evoke the tranquility of a secret garden, dotted with live greenery, winding paths, and 20-foot trees. The perfect place to indulge in the rotating menu of healthy(ish) and seasonal fare from the famed chef.
