Kajitsu

Chef Ryota Ueshima is dedicated to serving up some of the best vegan Japanese food in the city. Kajitsu offers Shojin cuisine, a vegetarian style of cooking originating from Buddhist traditions. The menu at Kajitsu changes each month and features seasonal vegetables, including snow beets and burdock in the winter seasons.
