A new edition to David Chang's Momofuku empire, Kāwi goes back to Chef Eunjo Park Korean roots - with a modern (and Momofuku) twist. The 130-seat space is as luxe as it is playful, with a lounge area, plush leather booths, and bar seating. It'll only be open for lunch for now, but when dinner's unveiled on April 15th, don't miss the kimbap or raw cockles.
