The highly-acclaimed second act from chef Simone Tong (of the now-shuttered Little Tong Noodle Shop) arrived in the West Village last year and has been a hit ever since. Silver Apricot is Tong's love letter to Chinese-American culture with a menu that showcases traditional flavors and local ingredients with a fine-dining approach.
