The team behind pho-favorite Madame Vo has branched out to give Vietnamese cuisine the tabletop BBQ treatment (which you're probably familiar with thanks to Korean BBQ joints). Expect a carnivore's feast of meats to cook DIY-style, then wrap it all in rice paper with flavorful veggies, fruits, and sauces. The scene is jumpin' and it's a great option for a fun group dinner or unique date night.
