Thirsty - or, should I say hungry - for another go-to spot for a fun night out? Well, you're in luck. The group behind Patent Pending has teamed up with Executive Chef Carlos Chavarria to welcome you to their newest underground oasis: seeyamañana.
Inspired by the laid-back vibes and natural beauty of the Baja Peninsula, seeyamañana's vibrant, plant-centric menu is giving a bright, playful, and absolutely delicious spin to time-honored Mexican cuisine. Nervous at the idea of plant-based dishes? Not to worry, the menu also offers a mouth-watering fresh (pole-caught) fish ceviche and an amazing birria quesadilla that, let me tell you, is well worth the mess.
And what's a tasty bite without the perfect cocktail? Thankfully, you'll never know. Owner Ryan McKenzie has crafted a cocktail program focused on tequila and mezcal that will have you transported to Baja, or at least to bliss. But be warned, with options like Prickly Pear and, my favorite, Coconut, it is almost impossible to choose.
Your 90-minute, prix fixe reservation includes a welcome bite, three drinks (cocktails, beer, or wine), a starter, main, and dessert. You won't want to miss out so reserve your spot ASAP because God only knows the secret of Patent Pending got out before you could even finish your cocktail let alone chips and guac.
