La Brasserie

Helmed by Francis Staub (of, yes, the cult-favorite Staub brand cookware), the aptly named La Brasserie has taken over the former Brasserie Les Halles space (of Anthony Bourdain fame), serving up classic, ingredient-driven French fare in an atmosphere that embraces the "casual, convivial" vibes of a Parisian eatery. Their restaurant week prix fixe includes a $30 lunch and $45 dinner, leaving plenty of room in your budget to try a glass (or three) from their French wine selection.
