Uncle Chop Chop
Bringing authentic Southeast Asian cuisine to the West Village, Uncle Chop Chop is named after a legendary underworld figure in Australia, where two of the owners, brothers Morgan and Callum Sigg grew up. They've partnered with Grey Lady's Callum McLaughlin on this airy dinner spot, which will soon be serving an all-day menu as well as brunch. Spice is at the forefront of their offerings, so be prepared.
