The new Fort Greene restaurant
Prospect offers "modern New American" fare by executive chef Kyle McClelland. Dinner menus include choices for every palate, including the chef's market vegetable plate, black sea bass with a spicy ham broth, and the chef's signature lamb shank cassoulet with pork belly and a foie gras supplement.
