Narcissa Andre Balazs' highly-anticipated new restaurant, Narcissa, recently opened in The Standard East Village and is off to a promising start. The mission here is to create a modern American menu with new techniques on roasting and slow-cooking foods. Michelin-starred chef John Fraser developed the menu here which is inspired by California cuisine with dishes like the Carrots Wellington and the Long Island Fluke Crudo.
