Marc ForgioneWe like the way they think over there at Restaurant Marc Forgione - simple, easy, to the point - where the brunch menu is separated into two concise columns of Eggs, and Not Eggs. When things are put as bluntly as that, no matter the time, no matter the day, the former will pretty much always win out for us. And even though they refer to their Eggs Benedict as "Eggs Benny," we're not going to hold that eye-roll against them. Especially not with their take on the Bacon, Egg and Cheese, with soft scrambled eggs, sundried tomato, bacon, and Parmigiano-Reggiano shoved into a perfectly baked popover. It takes so little to make us happy. Just a choice of egg sandwich, omelette, or benedict. That's all you'll need to stomach for this Tribeca trek.
