Who hasn't wished their morning cup of coffee would transport them to a fairy tale forest - especially one where Zoom meetings didn't exist? Well, while you might not escape them forever, a trip to Maman's magical new location might help you forget about work altogether, at least for a little while.
The beloved French-flavored cafe and eatery debuted its latest outpost at 375 Hudson Street at the beginning of 2021 and not only is it Maman's biggest spot to date, it's also the most Insta-worthy (a hard-earned distinction if you've ever set foot in any of the other gorgeous locales around town).
Dubbed Maman King after its cross street, the place is all French country rustic vibes, dressed up to resemble a whimsical secret garden. Featuring lush canopies of greenery, thousands of branches, florals, and plants, the indoor greenhouse oasis was achieved by none other than the beloved storefront florists of Floratorium.
The enchanting spot is serving coffee, tea, a selection of pastries, and a full breakfast and lunch menu daily. And honestly, we wouldn't be surprised if it were a flock of singing birds whipping things up behind the counter.
