Barbuto
Since we’re based in the Jane Hotel, I often find myself catching early dinner at our neighbor, Barbuto. Tucked right under Industria, the space boasts floor to ceiling windows that open up in warm weather. The cacio de pepe is SO serious but if I’m being good then the kale salad is a close second.
