With a name like Prime Meats, you would expect this place to be no more than a fancy meat market, but you'd be very, very wrong. Yes, this place has seriously delicious, house-butchered meats in all the varieties you could possibly imagine, from roasted bone marrow, to house-made spicy hunter's sausage, to premium dry aged beef. But with a beer list inspired by a tour of Munich, coffee crafted by Stumptown Coffee Roasters, and local produce procured from organic, sustainable farms in Jersey and Upstate New York, this place is so much more. And the people agree.
