Two of the world's most celebrated chefs, longtime transatlantic friends Alain Ducasse and Daniel Humm, are sharing the stovetop for a most special vegan feast!
This bucket list collaborative dining experience will begin in the City of Lights, with Daniel Humm at Restaurant le Meurice Alain Ducasse for four nights from January 30th through February 2nd. The limited-run menu will cost 440 Euros per person - 880 Euros per person should you include a wine pairing, which like duh, you will because it's Paris and to not would be the most absurd choice. Later in the month Alain Ducasse will make his way for an in-kitchen residence at Eleven Madison Park from February 20th through 23rd alongside his executive chef Amaury Bouhours. The eight-course meal will be $475 in the Main Dining Room menu and $345 at the Bar (both with additional optional wine pairing menu). Reservations can be made on Resy.
