The Frenchman’s Dough

Did somebody say pizza? At The Frenchman's Dough, Jean-Georges and co. take on Italian, whipping up pizza, pasta, and other traditional favorites with a slight French twist. Sidle up to the chef's counter for a first-row look at the fiery open kitchen, or slide into one of the cozy wooden booths with a group. Either way, you'll be drooling over freshly made ravioli, crispy calamari, and pies like the Limone Pizza, which combines preserved lemon with fresh ricotta, fontina and parmesan cheese.
