Korzo Haus
When going for Eastern Europe cuisine, it's a must to try bryndza, a tangy sheep cheese that is very close to feta. Korzo's is simple eastern Czech and Slovak food. Walking through the door feels like you are wandering into a small restaurant on a cobble-stoned street far from home. However, the staple at Korzo is their burger with a special mustard made from their organic Korzo Ale beer, served with bacon and deep-fried in a homemade Slovak dough. Korzo Haus has a Slavic version of the burger as well that comes with pork neck, sauerkraut, and sheep cheese. On par with their burger, is Halusky, a small potato egg noodle that comes with the sheep cheese. It offers a modern day version of Czech and Slovak cuisine, reachable by foot rather than by plane.
