Nat's on Bank

This funky newish neighborhood spot in the West Village is shaking up the traditional weekend brunch with eclectic veggie and seafood-forward dishes like tomato toast, a beer battered scallop sandwich, and a soft scramble with watercress, crème fraîche, and trout roe. If you're looking to go all out at the raw bar though, they've also got their Baller Shot Caller Tower, stacked with oysters, shrimp cocktail, snow crab claws, tuna tartare, scallop aquachile, and caviar. And on the cocktail front? Light and refreshing sips including Yuzu Spritzes, Fennel Margs, and a "Pink G&T," with Pink Gin, Orange Tonic, Peychaud, and Grapefruit.
