The Butterfly
Chef Michael White is looking to open a new cocktail-centric restaurant in Tribeca, The Butterfly Club, which will be inspired by Wisconsin supper clubs. The menu will include prime rib, chicken Oscar, and roast island duckling, as well as a brandy old-fashioned made with a chamber vacuum sealer. The big draw here will be master mixologist Eben Freeman, who is returning to bar-tend after a two year hiatus. The restaurant is set to open later this summer.
