Souen

Souen
If you’re a vegetarian and felt left out of the ramen craze (which is often made with pork), try one of the three Souen locations, which serves vegan, organic and macrobiotic meals. Anything on the Japanese-inspired menu, which offers ramen bowls and other vegetarian plates, is virtually guilt-free. A macrobiotic way of eating, the website states, allows people to “heal themselves, improve their immune systems and have a more enjoyable, harmonious life.” Even the meat lovers among us can eat to that!
