The apartment in question is a 1,000 square foot condo with a pricetag of $1,250,000 (down from $1,300k. Apparently Lohan put in 100k worth of the "finest upgrades" to the space. The location is questionable (42nd and 12th), but we agree with commenter "sticky" on where the bigger problem lies: "She should credit the buyer $5k towards the cost of cleaning the stench of [redacted]".....Because we can all only imagine what went on in 40J!
