What's The Security Situation?
Ask your broker about security ASAP. If you're as paranoid as I am (aka very much so) or even if you're not, security should still be a top priority. Apartment buildings in New York can range from having a security guard in the lobby 24/7, security cameras, or nothing at all. Safety first!
