Last Friday, we were walking down Bowery when we saw there was a line outside the unlikeliest of places...Phebes. A line! Outside of Phebes! And the place was packed!-
So we're gonna check it out for ourselves this Friday. So come join us where, according to NY Mag, people dress like they're in Meatpacking and drink like they're on the Upper West Side. (We have no idea what that means, but we are excited to find out...)
