Hi hello, here are my two moods. PSA: ignore any advice and unfollow any social media accounts that make you feel like you should be doing more/ be more than you already are. No need to follow any advice you feel doesn’t work for you. Focus on what makes you feel your best and not what you think you should be doing. And if doing thing and moving and shaking is that for you, then you go Glen coco. As long as it’s at your own pace🤍 • For me what that looks like is unfollowing accounts that no longer serve me purpose, sleeping tons until whatever time and not feeling guilty about it, learning to cook all my favorite dishes and feeling good about it, spritzing my favorite perfume on, burning my favorite expensive candles and soaking in all my favorite sheet masks because I’ve been saving those for special occasion and nothing like the present as the special occasion itself. Eating all the @jenisicecreams pints in my freezer while watching @thelastkingdom on Netflix all day, maybe having 2 or 3 cups of coffee a day and not feeling guilty about it after. The rules are in existent. There’s only what works for you and what makes you feel best and whatevs that may be, give it power. Love you mean it 🤍
