Peakaboo Celebrated 1 Year Of Sky-High Soirees With A Chic Crowd & Caviar Galore

Hudson Yards hot spot Peakaboo has been the go-to for elevated nightcaps and serious views since its debut in 2022. This month, we couldn't wait to celebrate its one year anniversary alongside over 100 of our closest friends.

Stepping out for the ultimate sky-high soiree, New York's chicest took in Manhattan from Peakaboo's perch 101 stories up, rubbing elbows and raising a toast to the boîte's big milestone. Between camera flashes and selfies, guests noshed on truffle bites, freshly shucked oysters, and held out their hands for everyone's favorite hors d'oeuvre du jour: caviar bumps straight out of the tin.

In addition to champagne and espresso martinis, attendees also had the chance to sip Peakaboo's buzzy new cocktail, the Five-Star General, a lavish creation featuring not one, but five premier tequilas (Clase Azul Reposado, Jose Cuervo Riserva de la Famiglia, Komos Reposado Rosa, Patron El Alto, and Volcan X.A.) all combined with a touch of premium manuka honey and rich blackstrap molasses. A fan favorite if we do say so ourselves.

With all-night tunes and views for days, the bash was one for the books. Until next year!
