Other details: Last night, The Next Step Realty, a service that helps recent college graduates find their first apartments in Manhattan and London, hosted their 3rd Annual Client Appreciation Party. The event welcomed hundreds of members of the Class of 2012, who have been relocating to NYC since May, to the Big Apple. The party featured an open bar, appetizers, and personalized gift baskets for each Next Step client. Blair Brandt, Co-Founder & CEO of Next Step, said,
"For us it's very important to host this event every year. Our clients are the backbone of our business, and together with our friends and family their support has enabled us to grow Next Step from a start-up in 2010 to an established real estate firm in 2013. They are the reason we have jobs that we love, so it's nice to step back for a minute and just say thank you, while also encouraging them to keep spreading the word and returning to Next Step for their next apartment search."
