Women In Need Associates Committee Annual Fundraiser Event

Other details: Last night, the Women In Need Associates Committee, a group of young professionals dedicated to giving back to the New York City community by supporting Win’s mission through volunteer activities, hands-on projects, and fundraising, hosted its annual fundraising event at PH-D. There were approximately 100 young professional men and women in attendance. From 7-10, guests enjoyed an open bar with specialtyWIN-tini cocktails, hors d’ouevres, a pasta station, a raffle, silent and live auction hosted by Ryan Willard, and gorgeous views of NYC (thanks to the storm that ended just as the event started, there was a gorgeous rainbow over the city skyline). Guests also listened to Monique Warden tell her inspiring story of how Women In Need helped her and her mother transform their lives from being homeless to becoming successful women. Live auction items included tickets to the iconic Yankees Red Sox match up, a VIP package to Sleep No More, round of golf at Maidstone Country Club in The Hamptons, and much more. All proceeds from the ticket sales and evening directly benefited Women In Need and the committee raised over $50,000.
