Why: It's unlikely to have a 'top party' list without at least one of Olivier Zahm's famous Purple shindigs, and his party back in February fully deserves its place. For the first time the magazine moved the event from the Boom Boom Room to the decidedly smaller Chez Andre, and the result was a more intimate, more unhinged dance-party that ended up being the most fun of fashion week.
