Jewelry lovers were in luck on Wednesday, as Patty Tobin held a trunk show at her flagship boutique in Chelsea. She showcased her namesake collection of freshwater pearl and semiprecious gemstone jewelry. A collection both versatile and affordably priced, dozens of accessory-loving women came out for the evening.
Patty Tobin herself was there, styling guests and helping them to choose that oh-so-perfect rock. Celebrity style expert Felix Mercado was also on hand, guiding guests through the truly indecisive experience that is jewelry shopping. The crowd was exceedingly well dressed, and unsurprisingly, expensively bejeweled. An eclectic group of media professionals and designers mingled, sipped drinks, and leisurely viewed the collection in the elegant, gilt-mirrored store.
On display was a diverse collection of jewelry to complement any woman seamlessly. From chunky strands of freshwater pearls, to delicate semi-precious stone necklaces in a rainbow of colors, there wasn't a single piece that couldn't be imagined adorning an alabaster neck or two.
It was an evening of light-hearted jewelry fun, and better yet, no guest went home emptyhanded.
