ModelFIT

ModelFIT is a farcical class. There is no way you will look remotely Kendall Jenner-esque even if you do it every day for months. At best, you will have insane (read: large) butt and thighs. In the Sculpt class you wear ankle weights and use an 80s aerobics step up platform. You do squats and lunges for forty minutes. The studio is tiny, packed, and you're allotted about three square feet. The instructor was high energy and played good music - but even his charisma could not compensate for the one dimensionality of the ass-before-all-else workout. Conservatively, 75% of the class was glutes. There was a tiny bit of arms. The last ten minutes are mat work abs that is basically fifteen variations of crunches. Just do some squats on your own time.
