While we're still not entirely sure what a "virtual restaurant" is, we can't help but be intrigued by Jackass Burrito, the brilliantly self-proclaimed "best burritos on the internet."
The new venture by restaurateur Stephen Starr - you know, of Buddakan, Le Coucou, Upland, Pastis, Electric Lemon and Le Mercerie - is serving up burritos stuffed with Korean Beef, Fritos and Beef, Baja Shrimp, Scrambled Eggs and more for takeout and delivery.
