Pig Island, Erie Basin Park Waterfront Red Hook, Brooklyn - for the 5th year in a row, 20 New York chefs including Heather Carlucci-Rodriguez of Print and Jacques Gautier of Palo Santo's, will turn 80 local pigs into delicious dishes like bacon sticky buns and pig's-head tacos.
